This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals (“Users”, “you”, “your”) who:

  • Purchase, inquire, or intend to purchase any product or service offered by Gooflys by Touristz;
  • Contact us via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, or physical office locations.

  • Passport details, Emirates ID, visa copies, travel history;
  • Contact details — mobile numbers, email addresses, postal addresses;
  • Payment details — (cardholder name, card number in encrypted form) and billing information;
  • Bank statements, supporting documents, and proofs required for visa processing;
  • Identification documents for hotel check-ins (passport, ID card, etc.);
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate (non-sensitive fields only; we do not process ID numbers contained therein).

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system;
  • Cookies and tracking technologies;
  • Session logs, browsing behaviour, search history;
  • Location data (if permitted by the User).

C. Information About Other Travelers

If you make bookings for others, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share their personal information with us.

D. Social Media or Third-Party Data

If you link your accounts (Google, Facebook, Apple etc.), we may receive data permitted by your settings.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (AS PER UAE PDPL)

A. Travel & Service Providers

Airlines, hotels, insurance companies, visa center’s, tour operators, car rental companies, etc.
They act as independent data controllers and may have their own privacy practices.

B. Payment Gateways

Secure processing partners via encrypted channels.
Your full card details are not stored or shared by Gooflys by Touristz Travel.

C. Third-Party Vendors

Data hosting, IT infrastructure, customer support platforms, survey agencies, marketing partners — all bound by confidentiality and PDPL compliance.

D. Group Companies

For service coordination, personalization, or customer support (if applicable).

E. Legal & Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose information when required:

  • By UAE law enforcement or regulatory bodies;
  • Under court order or legal process;
  • To prevent fraud or protect our rights and Users.

Gooflys by Touristz never sells or leases your personal data to external parties.

8. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • UAE tourism and travel-industry regulations,
  • Aviation and immigration authorities,
  • Tax and accounting laws,

11. MOBILE APP PERMISSIONS

Our mobile app may request permissions (location, camera, contacts, notifications, media storage, etc.) solely to enhance booking functionality.
Permissions are optional and can be revoked; however, certain features may not function without them.

12. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER UAE PDPL

As a User, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data;
  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion (where legally permissible);
  • Restrict or object to processing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Request data portability where applicable.

Some services may no longer be available if required data is missing.

To use or purchase through Gooflys by Touristz, you must be at least 21 years old or the legal age required in your country of residence.

Gooflys by Touristz reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to comply with legal, regulatory, or business requirements.
